Our approach

The mediator's role is not to decide — it is to create the conditions in which the parties can decide for themselves.

Every mediation is different. We take time to understand the nature of the dispute, the interests of each party, and what a workable resolution might look like — before, during, and after the joint session.

Our approach is facilitative: we do not impose solutions or offer legal advice. Instead, we help parties communicate more effectively, explore options they may not have considered, and reach agreements that are durable because both sides have chosen them.
